I am thoroughly impressed with this little note-reading drill book. It delivers a hundred pages of short exercises for piano beginners (and those who struggle with consistent note reading) and builds the skill slowly and confidently, giving the students enough time to nail all the notes from bass C to treble G. No more sweat or tears, I promise! I wish there were more books like this one for the more advanced students. I highly recommend it and will buy it again and again.

I love the little snippets of exercises. Students experience success quickly where sometimes their songs take longer to master. I have started 3 students in this book and we are only a few pages in, but it is already helping to solidify concepts and build confidence. It also gives them a chance to work on other concepts, such as hand position and firm fingers since the notation is quickly learned.

I really like this book for technique. It's full of fun and encouraging activities.

Love the large print and notes - so helpful to special needs students. Repetition in a variety of ways reinforces the notes.

It's not what I expected. I thought it would have exercises to help learn the notes. Most of it is just playing a set of notes. I guess that's what it's really about: Keep practicing!
