perfect for working at home at my desk all day
Over the last year I've transferred from being mainly office based to being 100% homebased - which is likely to continue. I bought this set because I was getting puffy ankles and a sore back sitting at a desk all day and not moving around as much as I used to. Its relaxing, invigorating at the same time. Improved my circulation in my legs and ankles and flattened my cellulite completely. I've used them most week-days for about 5-10 minutes and in the space of 2 weeks the results are so noticeable my husband has commented on how I look in my leggings now. Not cheap but worth it and it took about a week to ten days to arrive.
