Very good product. Only negative I would have is instruction sheet could have diagrams of workouts. However, other than that it’s good

Great exercises and really works a sweat up.
Great product, well worth the buy. I liked the suggested exercises to follow each day. Found the handles sometimes stuck in the slots and had to give it a good tug to get it out. But that’s the only down side.

Nice solid product, I only use a few of the positions but the other options are always there. Keeps the wrists in a comfortable position

Great idea - but not as advertised - do not buy
The media could not be loaded. Could be a fantastic product, but the handles are made from rock hard plastic and hurt your hands after a set.The ability to vary your exercises is great but needs some finesse in the final product.I can see mine is a more cheaply made version that the one in the pictures and the reviews.
