Packing of mug and box very poor
I bought 2 of these so far AND BOTH BOXES were so poorly protected that boxes are ruined 2nd one was bought to replace 1st one BUT BOTH JUST AS BAD so there going back cheaper mugs are much better protected than these are...

The cup is nice but
It’s a decent cup apart from the fact the sticker started wearing away not even a month after using it, there’s also an air bubble on the cup which is a bit annoying

Poor quality
The first time we put hot water in the cup it bubbled, the second time we put hot water in it bubbled even more.Don’t bother and save your money.

Not dishwasher safe
Great for friends fans, but be warned it will loose it's transfer if you put it in the dishwasher

Friends mug/sock
The mug was ok although the outer coating is bubbling. I hand wash the mug. The socks were very small, would only fit a child.
