THIN MATERIAL LEAKS
The fit was great and the sealing band is comfortable but the plastic is too thin. The grid pattern on my fiberglass cast punctured tiny holes at the heel in just one use. The toe of my cast was very wet! Went back to using a standard garbage bag!

Strap does not work well. But the boot is watertight
The boot was very roomy and definitely covered my cast all the way up my leg. There were no leaks and it was reusable and durable Unfortunately the strap did not appear to prevent moisture from leaking inside the boot but was able to solve that issue by using hair ties instead.

It does exaclty what it needs to do
Perfect for showering when the patient couldn't get the calf surgery incision wet for a week. The patient could put in on unassisted and it kept the incision dry. Rinsed after use and hung up to dry and were able to reuse so we didn't have to buy 2 sets.

mostly kind of sort of works
2.5 stars might be better for this. It's OK, but probably not good enough if you're really concerned with your foot getting wet. The mechanism to secure the strap around the "boot" just isn't very robust. It always loosened a little; sometimes a lot. So I took very quick showers and was as careful as possible to avoid major moisture sneaking in.

Doesn’t really fit my boot all the way to the bottom.
It was a neat concept. However, I couldn’t slip it all the way over my boot. Also, the band to seal the top didn’t prevent water from getting in. May have been my fault, but after 2 attempts and getting my boot wet in the shower, I opted to wrap the boot with a towel and keep it out of the shower.

Didn' work to keep leg dry
I had really hoped this would work since I have to keep an ulcer on my leg dry but also need a hot shower to help get my painful joints limbered up. Even though I managed to get this on and secure the buckle, the bottom of the bag had water in it and my whole leg was wet. Even with the bag on, I would have to keep the leg completely away from any water if it's going to work--which is harder on the rest of my body. Disappointed.
