Naturopathic Oncology: An Encyclopedic Guide for Patients & Physicians

As a cancer survivor, I’ve read all the books. This book is hands down THE BEST one to have in your arsenal. It explains things in terms you can understand and gives protocols to follow based on your cancer and the recommended treatments. It gives advice on how to deal with side effects from cancer and various treatments. It’s literally like having your own Naturopathic oncologist at your disposable! Which is especially helpful if you cannot afford one, but want to support yourself naturally or deter side effects from chemo/radiation/surgery, and other treatments. When I could finally afford to get on board with a Naturopathic oncologist, I was very pleased to find her protocols were similar to what was listed in this book. I sailed thru chemo, surgery, and radiation. I’ve gifted this book to several friends with cancer too. It’s a MUST have!!!!

If there is anyone dealing with Cancer this is a MUST MANUAL on how to deal with many different Cancers. It has kept me alive, in addition to God, my body had been dealing with terminal cancer for 10 years! My cousin, a Naturopathic Dr., recommended this book as he used in his practice!

First, if you decide to purchase this book, also add colored tabs, highlighters, and a notebook to your order.Yes, there is that much information to digest and track.Second, it's inclusive of multiple cancer treatment options. It has suggestions for making your journey through chemo more successful, and empowering if you choose to go the nontoxic route. It has precise suggestions for supplements paired with specific cancers and treatments and the reasons they help.Finally, you'll be introduced to the difference between aptosis and lysis and why one is the goal of your food and supplement decisions.Highly recommended for both you and your oncologist. If she/he doesn't already have a copy, it's worth it to purchase a second copy for him/her.Good luck on your journey through cancer!Mine has been much easier since I found this book. This is written in a manner of easy understanding. Plenty of information!

I followed the recommendations in this book before, during and after my radiation treatment for Stage 2 uterine cancer. I got through 29 pelvic radiation treatments without complications and I credit this book for this feat. BUY THIS BOOK!

After reading a bunch of different books on dealing/recovering/living with cancer, this one is the best I’ve found and in my opinion the best one written. I wish regular oncologists would read it and help support their patients better with the knowledge in this book. Dr Neil McKinney is awesome, thank you for your help and your work.

This book has SO much information. Dr McKinney doesn’t write as much about off-label drugs used during cancer treatments, so highly recommend using together with Dr Jeffrey Dach’s cracking cancer toolkit and Jane McLellan’s how to starve cancer. Using all three will equip you to decide which treatments to use, and how to support the immune system during treatments. Essential info. Highly recommend!

I'm deeply interested in finding ways to kill cancer cells other than hitting it with vicious toxic poison (chemotherapy). Chemotherapy is NOT the total answer, and this book (along with "How to Starve Cancer") is the book everyone should get when they get a cancer diagnosis. Wish I'd found it earlier in the piece and it was just by chance I was told about it on an ovarian cancer Facebook group a few weeks ago.It's absolutely brilliant, covers every single aspect of cancer you can think of - nutrition, exercise, chemo/radio, biology of cancer, integrative medicine, food supplements, chinese medicine, energy healing, protocols, and care of all the different cancers etc. II'm not remotely medical but slowly slowly I'm learning loads of stuff I'd really rather not have to learn, but if you want to learn and be informed too, it's worth every single cent (~A$100). This knowledge will put you in a position of power, rather than sitting back and relying on an oncologist who only knows a small piece of the pie (the poisonous bit). Highly recommend.

Great book. Wish better shipping care! Both of the books came in that box was not in great conditions. All seemed roughed up and not new anymore. Probably won’t buy books from Amazon anymore 😮‍💨☹️
