No regrets
I have friends that take two devices onto the golf course, a range finder and a GPS for when they don't have Line-Of-Sight to the flag, but I prefer to just take one that does both and go.Seriously though, it's one less device on the course but the feature I like the best is the map. Looking through the lens and seeing an arc drawn on a map for my carry distance, and seeing simultaneously carry distances for all the hazards on the map is so, so useful.So yes, you can fudge your way around the course with multiple devices, or shooting your range-finder at each hazard one at a time, but why not just have a device that can do all those things? This has been a great purchase and I have no regrets.
