This product exceeded my expectations. It's a 2 temperature large-stick glue gun. I've been using glue guns for decades and this one works well. I received it today, and used it immediately. My first use was to replace the sisal rope on our cat tree. They shred it often. A glue gun is the perfect way to secure rope to post. I really like the extras. I never knew about silicone finger protectors. I've burned my hands before when holding a part in place while the glue cools. No more worries there. The kit contains enough glue sticks to last me for quite awhile at the pace I use it. The zippered case is attractive and looks like a PC or tablet case. I'm not going to lose track of it, but if someone wants to steal it, they'll be disappointed that there's not an iPad inside, but a glue gun that didn't set me back any money.

Pros: Nice glue gun. Heats up okay. Great for small projects such as shoe repair, but probably not for large, repetitive projects such as putting together multiple boxes for shipping (you'd need a more professional high wattage model for that). Has two color light that indicates whether you have it on the 60 or 100 watt setting. Has an easily removable forward stand that works well, but should probably be removed when putting everything back into the case. Available in a nice blue color for an extra $1. Love the nice sized, well constructed case that keeps everything together; primary reason I bought this specific glue gun. Cons: Light duty, light weight tool and definitely not made of the heavy duty quality of old, hence the 4 star review rather than a 5 star, but for occasional home projects, it is a good choice, and I have no reason to believe that it will not work well for years for the occasional, light duty projects. I was not disappointed and would definitely buy it again.

My first dual melt. The tips are interchangeable which is nice if you don’t need precision. Love the color. Very happy.

I have a small glue gun but decided that I just needed something better. And, this one is definitely a great one. I really like the 2 heat settings, the size of the grip and the fact that it a wire stand so that the gun will stand upright. It has a very nice carrying case and came with a plastic mat, finger protectors and a nice supply of extra glue sticks. A big yes for me, buy this one.

Works as it should, super hot glue

I didn't realize this hot glue gun was so big! But it's well made and the case is nice. It requires the large glue sticks, though. So far I haven't had any issues! I like the colour.

Two levels of heat are super useful, and the toggle heat switch means plugging it in doesn’t automatically turn it on. I have used it a handful of times and had no problems with it. Case is good construction and the drip mat is useful.

Works perfect. I felt the accessories were worth the extra cost compared to similar guns that didn’t come with them. The finger covers are saving my poor repeatedly burnt fingers (I had to replace a broken gun in the middle of a project so I had been doing a lot of gluing- and finger burning- before I got this one and the handy finger covers with it), the mat is useful for working on and the case is great for putting it all away neatly.
