Thanks again Brett.So the PC comes with a clean installation of WIn 10 Pro and was ready to go with Admin as User out of the box. I'm using mine for music production with CPU hungry VST plug-ins and this thing barely blinks. Totally silent and very nice quality feel to the whole thing. The 16Gb is only using one slot so I think I would be able to put in another 16Gb if I feel the need. I'm super happy.Superb desktop.EDIT: Have just tried a modest racing game Asphalt 9: Legends and found the graphic performance very good contrary to GPU benchmarking expectations.

The computer works well enough, but I need to be able to start it up and shut it down remotely. For that I need Wake on LAN. The BIOS - even though it is an AMI BIOS - seems to have a ton of the 'usual' options missing. No Wake on LAN settings, no option to select behaviour on AC power arrival.I emailed the maker but so far no response (three days and counting). It looks as if a seriously cut-down BIOS has been used for this machine. I'd be happy to place an update on this review if they get back to me with (for example) a BIOS update. I have not managed to find one online despite a reasonably thorough search.

I bought this machine (32 RAM/512 SSD). It was delivered to UK in a week, and I got it up and running in minutes.Great machine, fast and silent, with plenty of USB ports. I have worked it quite hard building and running VMs and have not found it to run hot. It got slightly warm when it was powering 2 additional external SSDs but not a concern.Good machine, good service, I would certainly use Kingdel again if I need more machines.

I bought this to replace my 10 year old desktop, and am surprised by how good it is. It is very well built and attractive, and works like a dream.I wiped the hard drive after a few days of testing, and installed Linux Mint 20, without any problems, which works seamlessly with all the hardware.! am very happy with my purchase, and would not hesitate to recommend this box of delights to anyone.

Arrived earlier than estimated. After initial power up no applications we're opening up but after a restart no further problems. Connected to WiFi and had Microsoft office 2007 on it. Not full of unwanted apps and seems to be performing great. I think you get a good bit more for your money compared to buying a bigger brand name. Very pleased with this purchase.

The product works great, silent, warm after watching some YouTube videos, had a small issue with connecting to HDMI (overcalling) but I managed to fix that within minutes (Used the Intel HD Command Centre to adjust the scaling), I connected it straight into the GBIC Ethernet (didn't do WIFI yet), 8 cores CPU and 1/2 TB HD, performance really exceeded my expectation,Many thanksDefinitely recommendedH

For a high value item I would have expected it to be checked before shipping, could not get it to boot even after following the manufacturers instructions, sent back for refund

Did not like the tiny little light to show the power is onVery quite and fast, but performance not good for what I needed it for
