I bought this tent for my grandson because of all the great reviews. Very disappointed because we couldn’t get the tent to stand up. Bought it in October for Christmas present. Unable to return

Great Teepee!!! Easy to set up. We got this for our 5 year old and his friend. The kids had a blast using it for a sleepover. It came with light up stars that we wrapped around the top of the teepee and had a few hang down into it. The kids used the stars as a nightlight. I also had an easy time disassembling this and wrapping it all back up to fit back in the box until we are ready to use it again.

Received the item but there was a "Part B" part missing. Supposed to be 4, but there were only 3. My toddler had an absolute melt down because he was super excited only to be let down. 3 stars because I am getting a refund plus a free replacement. If I weren't getting a replacement, 1 star. The material does seem sturdy though and my kid will definitely love it once we receive the replacement. I hope all the parts are accounted for this time so I don't have another toddler tantrum on my hands. Seems the package I received was a previous return, the box was weirdly taped together.
