Just go for it, I gym so eat about a kg of chicken everyday and the jaw starts to hurt chewing so much but this tenderises the chicken so well that it just melts in the mouth takes exactly 10 mins to cook

There can be no replacement of fresh raw papaya... kachcha papita. When it is not available, one has to manage with the powder. For 500 gm meat, use about 15 gm in marination.

There is no instruction as to how much to use per quantity of meat. I tried it for steak and the meat was not at all tender. I am assuming perhaps I used a bit too less. Since there's no information to start as to how much may be used. Better usage instructions should be provided on packaging.
