Charging Dock RGB goodness great for new pro mice
It works just as advertised, i also own the viper ultimate but i wanted another dock for my death adder v2 pro i use at work (also works great with any of the newer razer mice that do not include a charging dock such as the Naga Pro and Death Adder V2 pro). These things are so great for charging so you don't need to fumble around for the cable and such. It charges quickly and gives you a color coded read out as it charges to let you know what the level is (see screenshot of software).I see a lot of negative reviews here for saying its barebones etc. I think there is an initial confusion of the fact this is just the charging base itself and does not include the cable. The cable that comes with your mouse works for it no problem and if you already have a mouse that's compatible your using it to charge your mouse already anyway so its no big deal to swap it over to the dock. The cable that your using also has in large print "TOP" on it so the other review that says you can plug it in the wrong way is a bit excessive simply read the cable and your fine.Included pictures of the box with dock, DA v2 pro on the dock charging, my setup all lit up and color matched, and the dock screen in the synapse software to show the options you have with it.

Linux RGB Software Support, Simple and works as expected
Great charging solution. It’s not like the Logitech charging solution where you charger while it’s on the charging mouse pad but when you are not using the mouth it can sit on a pedestal like an ornament on your desk. The rubber feet gives it a very very first and sturdy placement on a non-porous surface. It’s got RGB for style and for charging indication, and works with software like OpenRazer or OpenRGB to run with Linux instead of having ti have windows 10/11.

Worth the money
I use this to charge my razer Deathadder v2 pro.Easy to use very efficient i took it straight out of the box and set it up worked well then it stopped working kinda confusing but overall great product to use. Also does not come with cable,I use my razer mouse had it and it pluged straight in so if u have a razer mouse with a charging cable then great for you but if u don't consider other options

Overpriced but very nice
This saves the me 4 seconds it took to unplug the mouse and charge it so very cool. All I have to do is rest the mouse on its charging pad now. Definitely not worth $50 though, $30 I would consider

Like the idea, no longer use the product.
This dock did/does work but it was very finicky getting the mouse the connect properly with it. a slight bump and it would stop charging more often than not I walked into a dead mouse. I really wanted this to work because I hate having to plug the usb in when the mouse runs low.

Absolute game changer.
I love the deathadder mouse but hated wires until I found this stand. Small sleek and quality build. Never had an issue with this and have had it forever. It’s got some weight to it too so no sliding around. Charging speed is peak too. When you hop off just throw it on the charger pick it back up the next day. Lights are bright as heck too and work perfect with razers software!

A stylish fit for your razer RGB ecosystem
First off, let me start with how useful this is if you have a wireless Razer mouse, such as the Razer Naga Pro V2, allowing you to set your mouse off aside to charge while not in use. The overall quality of the item is really nice, and feels nice to the touch, as well as the Chroma supported RGB lights sharing the same quality in color and lighting as their higher priced keyboards. The setup was simple, and integrated easily into Razer's official Synapse software. It charges quickly, and the pins are almost impossible to get stuck. Simply a must buy for anyone who owns a Razer mouse that supports wireless capabilities.

Does not connect well with mouse and so it doesn't charge all the time.
Everything about this charging dock looks great at first glance. The little metal prongs that stick out for the mouse to connect to for charging look clean and good.Unfortunately, if you place your mouse on it, it doesn't always connect/charge. The thing is finnicky at best and sometimes requires me to HOLD the mouse down onto the charging dock in order for it to be connected and start charging, but as soon as I let go, it will stop. Sometimes I have to move it around to get it to start charging and then gently lift my hand off it to keep the contact/connection for the charging to continue. Unfortunately, there is no INDICATOR to show that it is charging, so my PC has to be ON with the SYNAPSE window open to show that it is charging before I gently lift my hand from its finnicky connection.I do not know if I received a faulty device but I cannot in good conscience recommend this product to anyone. Especially given its $50 price tag. There are much cheaper third party charging docks out there, I haven't tried any but I wish I bought one of those instead of being a loyal Razer customer because this type of quality is just a major disappointment for the amount of money I am spending.Avoid and save your money. Will update my review if Razer reaches out with a solution but I don't have a lot of hope of that. Also, this review is late, this problem has been there from the start, I just never let it bother me until I started using my computer more and realized how much of a hassle this is. I just unplug the dock and stick it to my mouse now if I need it to be charged but also want to be using it.
