Q: Will this work as a replacement to the Worx WA3731 charger?

It look suspiciously similar. There are a lot of products which use this generic battery system. There is a video above which is a shot of a battery which works with the charger. Have a look. This battery was used in Worx, JCB and Qualcast products often in the last 10 years.

Q: What's it mean when the led flashes red and green? says it's compatible with wa3731 charger for wa3512 battery.

It means that the polarity is reversed. The positive should feed via the + on the charger plate. I tested mine and got a negative meter reading indicating + and - are connected the wrong way round.

It says so in the title; but do you really need a dual charger - the single one is £19.99 Make sure you check the number of pins.
