I'm a home health RN and need a laptop with at least 12 hours of battery life & something small enough to carry around. THIS LAPTOP IS PERFECT FOR MY USAGE!!! Seriously! Light weight!!! The battery lasts well over 12 hours with non-stop usage. I exchanged my first package sent due to the laptop being extra slow and the "W" not working after a couple of days. But the replacement came fast & the seller made the whole exchange beyond easy with no stress! 10/10 would recommend for those who need a quality lap top with high battery life & light/easy to store. It works quickly and is great quality! Especially for the price! Highly recommend for use for school, work, home, & all others! Very happy with my purchase and the quality!

I didn’t know the difference in the Chrome Book. I thought it was a Laptop… with Windows, like others. I couldn’t figure out there was a difference till I reviewed it on the internet. I read it’s not a Gaming PC, nor a Graphics capable computer! It has confused me seeing I have 3 other Laptops tho broken. When I first opened it I was almost disappointed! But I had gotten it just for writing. My PC and tablets can do gaming if desired. So, finding this out made me realize it is exactly what I wanted. I’m not interested in super speed, 4K graphics, or storage; I have 3 external drives or a terabyte of extra storage. What I did need was an extension of my Desktop computer. I wanted to share my office program and use MS WORD. It does all that! I wanted to have a way to take my Desktop on the run. I can with this unit. It’s very lightweight; almost too light to do what it does. It’s fast and sharp enough to view YouTube videos without lagging. The memory and internal storage is real small; 32Gb storage… My phone is 10 times faster, has 4K video, and 50 gigabytes of Cloud Storage. So like I said; “It’s exactly what I wanted!” The price was also what sold me… not to forget the pretty white color I chose. Is this worth the money? YES! Can you print with it? YES! Add a mouse… keyboard… Yes & yes! Sound isn’t top shelf but you can hear it clearly. Overall… I’m very satisfied with this product! You will be as well!

I purchased this item for my mom, so she can do her work out virtually due to the virus. I looked around at the different CPU's in the computers and the ram etc 8 core at 2.0ghz and 4gs of ddr4 is perfect for this laptop and 8 cores is quite rare in a small netbook. THE GOOD: It booted up in about 3-4 seconds and made it to the home screen in about 3 seconds after typing in password. The webpages loaded super fast and so did all the applications. The webcam looks great for 720p and so do the pictures! The OS is smooth and layed out intuitively. ITS LIGHT and the battery last forever, the screen is plenty bright AND has USB-C and 3.0 connections(I believe it was 3.0) The white shell is very nice looking and just looks great! THE BAD: The only lag I noticed was when in Youtube and makin a video full screen, took about 1- 1 1/2 seconds to happen, nothing crazy or weird. The webpages load

I recently used the 11.6-inch HP Chromebook as my everyday device for browsing, streaming, and light work, and it really surprised me with how capable it is for the price. The build feels sturdy enough to handle daily use, and the keyboard is comfortable despite the smaller size. The HD screen isn’t the sharpest out there, but colors are decent and the display is bright enough for most indoor environments. Performance-wise, it handles ChromeOS tasks like email, web apps, and YouTube smoothly, though I noticed some slowdown when juggling too many tabs at once. Battery life is decent, usually lasting me around 5 to 7 hours depending on usage, which is enough for short work sessions or classes. The trackpad works well, although the click can feel a bit stiff at times. Overall, the HP Chromebook 11-inch is a great budget laptop for students or anyone who needs a lightweight, simple machine for everyday tasks without breaking the bank.

So this is a pretty good laptop! I use it to look up and research topics for classes as well as Google services such as Google Docs or Google Sheets! It's not a Macbook, let's be clear. But streaming videos on Youtube or Netflix? Works great!! Need to type up a research paper (possibly last minute at 11:25)? Works great!! I got this to last me through community college as well! I know I need to use Office in college next year, so when I do, if it works, I'm going to try and remember to update this review. Even if you aren't a student, this works pretty good! I would not use this for heavy gaming or anything though! I got this is December and it's mid February and it's so far so good! I had an HP Chromebook that I believe was a lemon. Despite that, I took a chance getting this and opened my wallet to getting a warranty just in case! Overall, I believe I would buy again based on it's performance so far!

Purchased on April 22, 2022 and it completely stopped working on October 13, 2022. A blank white screen & nothing would work!! Then you are stuck having to contact HP Customer Service for them to determine if you receive a refund. It’s not worth the hassle!! Very disappointed in this product.

I bought this laptop for my new job and I love it so far. It works great with online trainings and children's tutoring. Zoom works great and the sound is awesome. Super easy to use that my 3 year old knows how to work the apps. The battery lasts awhile that I only have to charge it maybe once a week. The picture quality is really nice and I love that it connected to my Google account. So now everything is hooked up to my phone. It's a great chromebook for a great price.

it has been functioning for almost 4 months now with no issues. i only wish the boarder around the screen was also white it would b nice if it had a backlit keyboard

Fast shipping and great product but was not the colour I ordered

Before I purchased the chrome book, I googled to see if I could use my windows products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point and I was told it could. I took it finally to a computer shop where they showed me I could use some aspects of these programs but I couldn't load them on to it. So I have no access to my previous emails, folders, etc. It is quite usless to me.
