Happy Days!
The media could not be loaded. Wow! Wow! Absolutely Love it!I’ve wanted one of these for so so so long, managed to persuade the hubby that I will have it for my birthday “lol”It all came very well packaged, so went through all parts to make sure everything was was there, which it was.Assembly of the spa pool was very quick and easy to follow with the step by step instruction booklet. All parts look to be made well as is the main body of the spa and pump/filtration unit. I like the fact that the pump for the bubble also doubled up as a pump to inflate the spa pool and it says to run the pump for about 5 mins and then finish off with the supplied hand pump to the mentioned bar, just so you don’t over inflate!Once filled up and does take a little time to do, but once full we had it all running with bubbles and filtration going, you have to expect a little noise because of all the bubbles but that’s normal, the pump screen is easy to navigate and use, also has a couple of pockets on the top for your drinks so that’s also great! It has a timer you can set to have the heater working and you can set what temperature you want it at too. When starting the bubbles you can stop them at any time, but that does have a timer which is set to 30 mins and automatically stops after 30 mins. We’ve had this up for a few months now and been in it many times night and day, we’ve not had to top it up with any air and have had no problems at all just lots of fun!Great value for money, great time for all the family anytime of the year, if your brave enough lol

One of the best things I've owned
The media could not be loaded. As the many other reviews said, it is easy to install, and once it's full, you don't really have to worry about changing the water for the duration or the summer. As long as the chlorine and Ph levels are checked and topped up, it is ok to use daily with the same water for 2 or 3 months. We change the filters every 7 to 10 days, but filters are not expensive to buy. I bought a pack of 8 from my local B&M for less than 20 pound. It also comes with your chemicals and test dip sticks. What can I say, we only live once! And this hot tub has added a lot of happiness to my already happy life. I've placed it on a flat surface, over the soft protective mats which can also be purchased on Amazon. You don't have to have a huge garden, and if you have sun trap, like me, then, this amazing spa will make your English summers a lot more bearable. It is not even that expensive to run either. We've currently got the water temperature at 31 degrees. We switch it off at night, and keep it covered up when we don't use it. It is still 28 to 29 degrees in the morning, and we only turn the temperature up a couple of hours before use. It doesn't take more than 2 hours to heat back up by 2 or 3 degrees. We use it every day, truly amazing! Energizing, invigorating, a great purchase.

Absolutely love it!
We had previously had a standard inflatable hot tub and it lasted almost 4 years, but we liked the look of these more sturdy drop-stitch ones and I'm so glad we did. It's actually bigger inside than our old one even though the overall diameter is smaller and it's very comfortable. I did find the sides a bit hard for my head and purchased some CleverSpa headrests which slot onto the sides perfectly and give you a bit more height as well as comfort. The controls are easy to use and it heats back up quicker than our old one and it looks very stylish.

Cost!
Helsinki hot tub is brilliant, easy to setup and very quick. Was filling up with water in about 30minutes.Heats from cold to around 28-29 in about 5-6 hrs with the lid on. It costs around 85p an hour to run the heater - obviously didn't buy it expecting it to be free to run 👍So you can imagine £6ish a day to heat it which is a fair bit every week as the wife wants to use it EVERYDAY!. Purchased a thermal cover for it which does help alot. Keeps alot of the heat in and it means you can turn the heater off and it will only drop a degree or so over the course of a few hours. If you are going to use it alot as my wife is! I'd suggest investing in a fixed / fibreglass style one rather than an inflatable. As I would imagine they are better insulated and such!Over all a great buy, and very happy.

Net tidy and way to erect. Plenty of jets
Good value for money. Cannot report on its ability to last as only had it two weeks but meets our expectations

So far so great
The Helsinki was very easy to erect and then get pumping and heating. We were filling it up after about an hour and it then took 24 hours into Christmas Eve to get the temp to 38degs.Very sturdy and impressed with the pump/heater which is not too loud and works efficiently on a cold day/night. Comfortable inside cause you just float in the water it feels better than sitting in the proper hot tubs. The massage/bubbles work very well and makes you feel refreshed. We are still worried out the most efficient way to run it during the -degree nights and have wrapped a foil insulation around the outside and put the off cut in the cover and this has reduced the cost to about ÂŁ5 a day keeping it at 38degs. Great product.

Beware - not made to last!
Sadly I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality control. Liner developed an air leak on the seam after just 3 weeks and a couple of spa sessions. due to poor quality of adhesive application. This cannot be effectively repaired rendering it a hugely expensive waste of money. Sadly product failed slightly passed amazon return window. No problem i thought it will be covered by my registered Lazy spa quarentee, but not so . Due to a hidden clause, they will not accept responsibility despite it being an obvious manufacturer failure in very short order. Their response, you should have read the full warentee terms and conditions prior to purchase. Hands up who goes trailing through pages of tiny warrentee fine print prior to buying a product? No we have faith the product being sold is actually fit for purpose! Now ÂŁ700 out of pocket and I/m furious. This is not my only experience of helsinki lazy spa, this is now the third spa that i have purchased. The first lasted just over 1 year, the second lasted 9 months, and the this one only 3 weeks! All failed liner. Never again will i waste my money. Be careful folks, its a shoddy product, which would be great if it was made to last.
