It's had to believe that the best British black tea that I've found has a giant parrot on the box, but here we are. This black tea is strong but not bitter. I brew mine for an extra couple of minutes so that I can use cream but still have a full bodied flavor. It is smooth and not acidic or bitter. This is honestly an amazing find. I wholeheartedly recommend this tea!

Ever since having a cup of this tea, it's been my #1 tea to drink. I use half n half with it. The flavor is excellent.

I got the 6 boxes. It taste great. My first time trying it and I’m hooked. Each bag makes 12 oz cup. Great for me because I have a 24oz mug. It’s good with milk , lemon, skinny syrup or plain. No sweetener needed.

Crisp and strong flavor, perfect way to start the day

I am an avid tea drinker. I have enjoyed all different kinds of teas since I was a child, and have quite a large collection. I was very much looking forward to trying Tetley's Lady Clarence black tea.The tea is packaged in an attractive, fun box, in individual sealed packets, perfect for long lasting quality of flavor and robustness. The packets are also great for travel, as they are easy to throw in a bag and carry anywhere they may be needed for a solid tea break!The tea itself was....rather disappointing for me. I prefer a very bold, almost bitter cup, to which I add some sugar and cream. The Brits would probably call my tea preferences "builder's tea," but maybe not quite as sweet. This tea has a smooth, round flavor, and is just a simple black tea, no hints of anything else, and comes across rather weakly, which I didn't really expect to be the case after a long steep. It isn't a bad tea, but I expected more somehow, and this just doesn't hit the spot the way many other plain, black teas do in my experience.I do recommended this tea to you, it is good in both quality and flavor as a simple everyday tea, but if you are looking for a staunch, strong brew, this just isn't it. I wish I could praise it more than that, but this is just my honest opinion.
