Q: Can these be sprayed ? If so what do you thin with please

I use brushes and dotting tools with this paint so can not answer your question sorry.

Q: Can these paints be used on metal?

Depends for what purpose. If is for a heavily used item then no but for decorative purposes yes. These acrylics will go on metal but you need to key the surface first with a bit of wet and dry sand paper. To finish it give it a spray with matt acrylic varnish to seal it.

Q: water-based ? can it be thinned for airbrush ?

Yes it’s water based and is easy to thin. Not sure if the metallic element would clog your nozzles though. You would have to try it.

Q: Can i use these paints on glass or acetate

Yes you can but it's recommended to use a primer so the paint sticks to the glass. I haven't used these particular paints on glass, so can't say how good the end result will be.
