Best binky ever! Keeps binky in the crib and is easy to find.
Not only are these incredibly cute, but it is fantastic for those times when binky pops out of the mouth in the middle of the night and baby wakes up and needs to find it. I spent months getting up in the middle of the night, multiple times, to retrieve a binky that either rolled out of the crib or baby couldn't find it. This one is easy to find in the crib and it won't fall out of the crib!! This is essential to parents' sanity and sleep!! We get tons of comments on this because it's so cute and unusual. I've even washed this in the washing machine (air dry) and it didn't fall apart. After probably a year of solid use, the binky part did eventually come off of the elephant, but I re-attached it with a safety pin and it's still being used. The biggest downfall of this binky is that other kids really want to steal it! :-) I would absolutely recommend this product for you and for every baby shower you ever attend! I can't say enough good words about this product.

Only pacifier my baby likes!
This is the second one I've ordered. Unfortunately my toddler lost her grey one on a walk but luckily they had the grey elephant in stock! She has only been able to use these wubbanub pacifiers. Any other ones we have tried she did not like. I really feel safe using these as the pacifier is attached and can't come off. It's super soft. They have lasted over a year! I'm able to wash and dry them!

Your go to pacifier!
We love these pacifiers! All three of our babies loved this nipple shape and prefer this over other types of pacifiers. The attachment of the stuffed animal is not only super cute but also functional as it keeps the pacifier grounded in the babies mouth when lying down making it less likely to fall out. The elephant is super super soft. The only downside is that is challenging to truly sterilize since you can’t put it directly into a sterilizer or dishwasher with other bottles. We throw it in the washing machine on delicate and it holds up well without fraying or damage and then pour hot water over it. This is our go to pacifier and highly recommend!

LOVE these!
We got the giraffe pacifier as a present when our daughter was born. She absolutely LOVES to suck and from day one would only calm down if we gave her one of our fingers to suck on. I tried her on her first pacifier when she was a few days old and it worked like a charm, but she couldn't keep it in herself for more than a few seconds. The Wubbanubs are great, because the animal can help her hold it in, but she can easily spit it out when she is done with it. And my favorite part? When she is done sucking, it is so cute to see her holding onto the cute little animal attached to the binkie. When she was about 3-4 weeks old, we decided to buy the elephant, just in case we ever lost the giraffe, we wanted a back-up on hand. It is super cute, VERY soft and cuddly, and works just as well as the giraffe in keeping her binkie in place when she needs it.

Stick with it
Since we left the hospital my son has never been a big pacifier soother. We were having trouble finding anything that calmed him down. He would take his pacifier for a few minutes and then spit it out and cried till we put it back in. It become a constant battle of getting up and down every time he spit it out. I ordered the WabbaNub as a last effort, in hopes it would help him keep the pacifier in his mouth. The first few days he spit the "teddy" (what we call his pacifiers) out just the same as his other pacifiers, however, after continuously putting it in his mouth and showing him how to hold onto the stuffed elephant he began to take it very easily. It is now his favorite thing in the world and the only thing that soothes him. When he starts to cry, I give him his teddy and he holds it while he sucks till he falls asleep. I have since gotten him two other WabbaNubs- the owl and dinosaur. He spit those out the first few days as well, but after he worked the nipple they became just as soothing. He still loves his elephant teddy most but the owl and dinosaur work just as well and are good back ups for when his elephant is being washed or is accidentally left at the grandparents house.I found that when the pacifiers are brand new the nipples are harder and not as easy to suck, however, once the nipple has been worked a little it becomes softer and more to my sons liking. So, if your baby does the same thing when they first get their WabbaNub don't give up too quickly. Let them get used to the nipple and try working it yourself- with your washed hands- to make it softer for baby.I've read in some reviews that parents were concerned with the safety of the pacifier because of the weight but baby is very capable of spitting it out and/or can pull it with their hands. It has never been a concern for me as a chocking hazard and I am very comfortable leaving my son in his crib as he takes a nap which his "teddy" while I am out of the room.I know the WabbaNub is a bit more expensive than a typical pacifier but it works and it's also a sweet stuffed animal for baby to hold. I can't imagine life with a baby without his WabbaNub.

Handy and oh so cute!
We bought a WubbaNub for our first baby after getting recommendations from all of our friends who have littles. It is great...we love that the little stuffed animal weighs it down enough that it doesn't fall on the floor easily. Also, it is always easy to find in the diaper bag or in my purse with the stuffie attached. To wash, it is super easy to throw it in the washing machine, and then just rinse the binkie off afterward to get rid of any additional soap residue. The only downside is that it is not detachable so if you don't feel comfortable throwing the whole thing in the washer, or if your baby prefers some other kind of binkie besides the soothie, this might not be for you. My baby does prefer some other binkie shapes, but he still will take the soothie so we like it. And they're so cute! What's not to love!
