I did get this as a way to help relieve pain in my knees, lower back, and hips. I will say it's not easy and you need a lot of patience with this product because it takes time to be able to actually walk. It took me almost 2 weeks until I could start walking across the mat. It is very painful but you definitely feel the relief in your body after standing on it for 1 minute. I highly recommend this product for those wanting to get healthy or relieve pain in their body.

This is a great product, I see the grat value in it. The only issue for me was my age, and sensitivity in my feet. I was not able to walk on this without experiencing pain which is no fault of the product just me and my body. My daughter and her boyfriend both walked on it. They are in their 30's and they loved it!!!!

My boss wanted this to demonstrate reflexology; only one person in our office could walk confidently on it barefoot and not be in great pain. No one else could take even a step. So probably great if you're barefoot all the time, like you'd walk into a forest without shoes and not be phased. But if you're casually interested, get the one that's like river rock. I have sensitive feet so even that one was a bit much for me but most of the others could walk on it just fine.

Some sort of smell but works as described. I would recommend to wear a thick and soft socks if you use it for the first time, a little bit painful at first.

Mad. It's so cheap material. Ripoff. You're better off getting the cheaper one. And learn from my mistake.

Ignore all the reviews saying it’s too painful. It’s supposed to hurt at first until your feet get used to it. Start by wearing socks and then eventually switch to bare feet.

I love this mat and how much it has helped with pain in my feet. Still very intense and working my way up in small sessions but can really feel the difference

Beware!! Hard pieces of plastic. Had to return.
