Can I put heat transfer vinyl on yo personalize the shirts?

This shirt is actually not of high quality. I would call it medium quality materials and construction. With that in mind I personally would use a stitch method for attaching any patches, and would stay away from heat transferring. Not that it would not work but because the shirts begin to fall apart around the stitches of the reflective strips. I have purchased 4 of these shirts and they are all failing in this same way. Luckily I have a sewing machine You may feel as though you are wasting your time, energy applying personalization touches. Hope this helps.

I am not completely sure what you are asking, but I will answer as though you are asking if the sizes run small. I am a male 290lb 6'2. I purchased the 2XL size and it fits just right, even after washing. I wear my shirt 1 or 2 days a week and have laundered them weekly. I like a slim look, and 2XL is what I buy in many brands... In conclusion I think they don't "run small".
