Q: I bought this and can't make the pump work, any tips?

I bought five bottles before I was able to make the pump work. Now, when I finish a bottle, I transfer the working pump to a new one. It's a pain and I keep thinking I should find a product with better packaging but I really like how it works on my skin. I've written to Aveeno with no response, so their customer service is evidently as crappy as their packaging.

I love this line works well with my skin and I have oily skin as well does not do anything extra face feels very soft after used!
