It seems and feels good quality. No cheap feeling and very quiet. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because is not a close shave / cut as they want to make it seem like. All the videos online want to make it seem like is almost like a shave. It's close, but definitely not. If you don't buy it with those expectancy you'll be satisfied

OK so I wanted a body/beard trimmer - I realized before purchase that it wouldn't shave as close as a wet shave but it really does pretty good. Heavy well made looks great & does the job

I've been using this daily for over two months so far. I put 4 stars for "Light weight", because while sure it could be lighter if manufactured with plastic, that would cheapen it. The metal casing feels like surprisingly good quality for the price. If there were categories like quality or value, I would give those 5 stars. It cuts facial hair close enough where I don't bother shaving with blades anymore, so no more accidental facial cuts, in-grown hairs, or razor burn. It allows me to easily and quickly edge out my beard and clean up my neck and collar line. There is no cord to get in the way, which makes it possible to stand in the dry shower and let the clippings collect where they are easy to clean up. It allows me to easily reach back hair. I can use it several days in a row between charges. The attachments are handy for safely trimming sensitive areas. I like it so much I ordered a spare and started using the first one with an attachment to groom one of my dogs.

Great quality, sharp cut

First starting with the good. This trimmer has a great weight to it, clean cutting and just has a quality feel to it. It came with a full battery charge and used it multiple times, but once it got to 34% it just shut off. So I plug it in and it just stays running, the power button will not turn it on or off. Once it’s unplugged I just have to set it on the counter till it runs itself dead. Pretty bummed about this one bc it was the best trimmer I’ve had to date and it didn’t last a full charge cycle.

I bought this item in March 2023, this is December 2024 and is the first time I needed to recharge it. I am delighted with this very well-made, a little heavy, device. This is the one that handles the hair on the neck where the Norelco can't. Don't know what I would do without it. Highly recommended.
