Hello, Can someone suggest which mobile company to use and this should be a contract Pay as you go? We tried ID mobile as a 12-month contract but after all, they do not know these watches and the sim card did not work. I tried the EE sim card-only deal, but it did not work. Which mobile company to use? The instructions do not provide any suggestions.

My 6 year old granddaughter loves this watch. It is very pink, has a strong resemblance to adult smart watches and she is easily able to handle the apps included. Her parents are very happy with the gps. Haven't used any of the other extras yet.

The media could not be loaded. my daughter was very excited and waiting for smart watch as a Aid present. unfortunately, the first order never arrived at all then i ordered again and when it finally arrived I found it with zero change and battery is dead. Also the charger NOT fits properly. then i tried hardly to keep it in the charger for 12 hrs but never come on.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The watch is not working with other sim cards than UK ones.i tried it with a Romanian sim card and it doesn t get signal , when I switch it to an UK one it worked.I amGoing to return it as I want to use it in other countries also for my child.

We got another smart watch before this, but then it needed app to setup and was complicated for the kids. This watch is perfect, I bought it for my 5 years and 8 years old kids and both love it.It is very easy to setup and use, touch screen work perfectly.kids take photo and keep them as their wallpaper. Really satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent watch the battery lasts for about 3 days,the quality of calls is fantastic ,brought with the giffgaf sim card and its also Excellent value for money bundles our daughter loves it and she has it with her at all times there's no I've got nowhere to put my phone

I bought this watch for my daughter to give her a little independence while out playing. However the SIM card requirements are very confusing. I bought the EE Sim after reading reviews regarding Giff gaff and hoped all would be well. The PAYG sim doesn't work in the smart watch and you need to get a monthly plan card - something i wasn't aware of until after i had loaded £10 onto the SIM card as directed by EE !! So now I need to apply for a refund for this and subscribe to a monthly plan - There's were not the cheapest and on reflection I would have been better off just buying a cheap standard phone and letting her have that!. Live and learn!
