I use for exercise. I liked it very much.

This was an excellent quality mini band. I've bought many of the elastic bands in the past that have snapped and needed to be replaced after a few weeks. Will definitely be adding to the other resistance levels to my collection.

Make no mistake, this exercise band is extremely high quality. It comes in 3 different tension strengths; light, medium and high tension for various workouts. Please note however, you only get 1 depending on which option you select at checkout. The one I ordered and am reviewing here is the light tension workout band.We have a number of different exercise bands in our house that vary from stretchy silicon to cotton weave. This one is probably one of the best made ones I have come across so far, however it does come with a comparatively high price tag to match. I guess if you are just purchasing one band then this could be the one you are looking for but in order to buy the whole set, it will set you back over £60. That’s a significant investment, so you need to be sure it’s going to both last a long time and deliver you the results you are looking for.Having used this for a few days only I can already tell you that I genuinely believe it will tick all those boxes. It’s a great length and width and being really well constructed it looks and feels like it will last a very long time, even with being given some serious daily punishment from the wife and I. In hindsight I wish we ordered the medium tension band, but in all probability we will most likely pick up this one and possibly even the other higher resistance band too in due course. It has good stretch to it but also seems to be set just right for resistance. Looks and feels like a premium product and has relegated my other lightweight bands to the garage now.Great product albeit a little pricey especially if buying a full set. Love it!

Good quality, durable resistance fitness bands. I’ve been using them for several weeks now and have seen no signs of wear and tear. The fabric feels pleasant and sturdy unlike my previous resistance fitness bands that felt like they were going to rip after applying minor force.One thing to note though, the price may seem a bit hefty and when you consider that you may find other fitness bands of a similar quality with a lower price, the likelihood of me recommending this product decreases. If you happen to like the aesthetics and don’t mind paying a bit more to support his particular brand, you’ll still get a good quality resistance fitness band but if you were looking for a better option on your wallet you could probably find one on Amazon pretty easily.Thank you for reading.

I've heard horror stories of people's resistance bands snapping and causing them major injuries, in some cases people losing their sight. That's why I think purchasing something like this which has been knitted means that it's almost impossible for it to just snap. You are a bit more limited in the exercises you can do, but I'd rather be safe than risk hurting myself using poorly manufactured resistance bands.There's plenty of videos on youtube that you can follow regarding how to use these effectively for different muscle groups, so you don't even need to worry about what to do with it!Overall, I think it's a great product and will definitely last for years to come. Would highly recommend!

This resistance band is very strong and durable. One of the best I have come across. The cheaper ones are great for a while and then they snap once they have been used over a period of time and you can feel them getting weaker. This is not the case with this, in a totally different fabric-this is much much stronger due to the fabric, this is more of a knitted fibre and I have every confidence that this is going to withstand the workouts and also stand the test of time.Five stars and a recommended buy. Great quality and a really good price.

I’ve been using this fitness band for a few weeks now and it is absolute quality. The resistance in the band is ideal and it hasn’t lost any resistance over this time. It is relatively expensive at the current price of just over £21 but I think this is worth it as it is much better than other cheaper fitness bands I have tried over the past few years. Recommended.

My family and I have been using resistance bands a lot during lockdown and have really bought into the benefits that they bring. In my opinion, resistance bands fall into 2 categories:1. Bands made from latex, which aren't the best quality and often slip out of position when you use them.2. Bands made from fabric such as cotton or polyester. These stretch well, grip better and are generally longer lasting but are not always of the best quality.This resistance band from SKLZ introduces a third category as they are also made from fabric but are of extremely high quality. They're comfortable to use and feel good against your skin. The stitching is very good and they have a wide range of stretch (depending on which resistance you choose out of light, medium or heavy) so they really do give you a good workout. These bands give confidence that they will last a long time and if you're serious about using resistance bands in your workout then these are for you.I'd suggest having a look on You Tube for videos of how to use them properly and in doing this, you'll find lots of great exercises that will make sure that you get the full benefit from them.My only complaint is regarding the price. Whilst they are great quality, they are expensive and so I've deducted a star for this. If you're happy paying the price then look no further for resistanace bands.
