This case is perfect. It feels sturdy enough for most of the accidental hits it could get, including any drops. When empty it is really lightweight. The size is so perfect that it fits my camera bag really well. See the picture with my Magic mouse to compare dimensions. I think it fits everywhere so it adds a versatility factor to the value of this case. The price was right at the moment of my purchase and this review. It perfectly fits the CR2 battery. They move a tiny little bit but it’s not annoying. The blue lining is made of silicone or rubber. It perfectly fits with the lid and seems to create a hermetic seal. It should definitely may protect them from any accidental splash. The color of the lining is so cute, too. If I need to carry more than 12 batteries I will consider getting a second one of these.

I have gotten storage cases for CR123A, 16340, 9v, 18650 and AAA batteries and the cases are great. The only negative is that protected batteries are to big by about a millimeter for 16340, 18650 and CR123A batteries. This is not a negative but It has 4 locks on them but it's overkill. The front two or just the side two would be enough. I'm very happy with the cases and definitely recommend them. I have been pleased with all the JJC battery holders I have ordered. I highly recommend as their battery holders.

Looks like the Company's Engineers looked at other designs for battery cases and solved all the problems. The hinge looks like it was professionally designed that will not fail or break, has a gasket around the case to keep the compartment dry and waterproof, the interior has a rubber compartment that protects the batteries from shock. No problem with recommending this case for 18650 batteries, I'm going to buy more to try out for the aaa and aa lithium batteries I have recently purchased. Wish everything was made this well.

Needed a case for C123 batteries. This works great, batteries fit fine, seems to be well built. My only issue is the excessive latching - two latches in the front and one on each side, 4 latches is excessive in my opinion. I cut the two on the side off as I don't want to have to open and close them each time. Other than that its a great case, very happy with it.

A charged 18650 is not anything you want to take chances with - a dead short is not something that I'd want to encounter. This case keeps them together yet separate and is well-made.

Well made, good closure, nice snap clip so you know everything is secure. Better than I expected (plastic is sturdy, not flimsy)
