It supplied my daily vitamin needs
It's easy to swallow and it taste ok. I had a gastric sleeve done and it supplies my calcium and other vitamins. I also use the iron because I was anemic and now I am not.

I have used these for almost 3 months, and I can say I notice a difference when I do take them and when I don't. Highly recommend if you had bypass or sleeve
