Very good Product does what it says... go for it

Product is as described, highly recommended for those having hard time falling asleep, muscle cramps,muscle twitching. Helps fight fatigue and relaxes the body. Instead of melatonin try this first helps a great deal in falling asleep. Magnesium is great for bone health as well.

Recived 60 Capsule bottle but the picture and listing says 90 capsules bottle. Still to try the supplement so can not comment about the quality right now.
