Great tool
This tool works great and there are a lot of sizes in the case .We'll worth the money.

Works decent
Worked on my LCA bushing that is inside the knuckle in the rear of my 2003 is300. Had doubts cause it's a 20+ year old rusty Wisconsin car but it worked with the impact and some penetrating oil.

Doing bushings? Get this kit!!
I bought this kit in preparation for a complete suspension refresh on my 2003 Mini Cooper S. This kit made easy work of pressing out the old, worn bushings and pressing in my new bushings. I used a press for the work and not the threaded rods that come in this kit because I have access to a press. I use this kit regularly as a professional mechanic but even if you only need to do your own car, this kit is worth having because it makes the job SO much easier instead of trying to rig stuff together. Buy the right tool for the job and be happy.

Slightly poor steal quality.
Good bushing set. The steal rods are slightly poor quality. The good thing i got my refund.

Did not get to use it, but seemed cheap!
I should have read reviews prior to ordering, I just ordered it since it was the first result. I would have noticed that it also said it's a commonly returned item. As other reviewers have said, the red box it comes in is cheap material. Although the shipping box it came with was fine, the red box was beat up and the tabs to open/close it were bent/broken. It came with either 2 m10 rods, or 2 m12 rods instead of one of each. One of the rods also had the nuts missing. Had to return it, will look into better option even if it costs a bit more but better quality.I did not get to use it but the parts itself seemed strong enough. Seeing reviews a lot of people also comment that the rods are the weak point.

Saved me so much money
So far I've used this kit to press out/in rear subframe bushings, differential bushings, & front control arm bushings (forward & rearward). I will be using this kit to press out/in the entire rear suspension bushings as well. There are a few things to note... Some bushings are longer than the depth of the cups. There is a simple solution for this. You can use a variety of things as a spacer to extend the depth of the cups. I just use a few bolts (it's what I had here) to go between the cup and the control arm to get the extra bit that I needed to remove the large control arm bushings. So far this has paid for itself numerous times over with the work that I've been able to do because of this set.I haven't bent, broken, or stripped any of the threaded rods but I did cut them down a bit. They are a lot longer than needed for any job I'll ever use them for. (2008 BMW 335i)

Cups are strong but the rods do bend
Cups are strong but the rods do bend easily. Once they become even slightly bent they are unusable because the thread compresses. Also note that the smallest cup was slightly larger than most of the bushings on my (Honda) suspension so I ended up using a large socket to complete the job. Make sure to measure your bushings prior to choosing a set.I bent half of the included rods but I will keep the set to use for when I get an actual shop press.
