Great size for temperary enclosure

I should start off by saying super cute! And the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! And no I was not paid to write this! Seriously. Not joking. A lot of people have complained the smell was strong? Really?! I thought it smelled great! The wood?! Idk maybe I’m weird?? It definitely does NOT smell like chemicals! It does take about 2 hrs to put together! The directions are spot on to a T. I was iffy on what product to buy I was nervous. It’s a lot of money. ESP in today’s society. But this company helped ease my mind. Answered any questions I had. Fast shipping honestly even if it came from China! Very honest people. You don’t get that anymore and yes they care about animals. Maybe spray it if you want more protection against water. There is always more that WE can do to protect the things we buy and invest into. Keep our things nice. It is a beautiful product. I highly recommend! Highly. I live in Ohio and I will be buying from this company again. Let me verify no this was not a paid review. This is a honest review. This company is a honest company and will help you in any way they can and are very kind and stand behind their word! If it’s broken they will make it right. If it’s not broken they take pride in the work they did. Maybe it’s not the best wood?! But hey you get what you paid for! It was under 275$!! You want better wood then guess what you will pay well over 500-700 or build it yourself. Over all I’m very happy and my baby will be too! Thank you!! Buy buy buy!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by this product. And Sam (the cat) loves it. I put it together yesterday and he immediately spent 3 hours in it. I put his water dish and a small bowl of food inside for him to snack on. He's young and curious and I wanted a way to let him be outdoors without worrying about him running off and getting lost or hit by a car. And this is a great solution. When the product arrived, I opened the box and took inventory. Nothing was missing and there was no damage. Assembly was not difficult. I did it by myself in just under 2 hours and the only tool I needed was my cordless drill. As for recommendations, I have a few. Take inventory and lay out all the pieces in numerical order (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 etc). Follow the directions carefully. Most of the holes are pre-drilled and there are small dowels which help you align the panels in the proper locations. The wood is very soft, use caution when using the drill to connect the panels. Go slowly with the drill and also make sure to insert the screws as straight as you can. If you drill at an angle the wood may split or crack. I did this once and used wood glue to fill the area where the wood split. Also, the wheels are very small. They are fine if you plan to keep the enclosure on a wooden deck or concrete surface. If you have grass, gravel, or other rough surfaces, not so much. I went to a big box store and bought larger wheels and they work much better. Lastly, the paint on the wood is thinly applied. So, I bought two cans of clear gloss spray paint and sprayed the whole enclosure once it was assembled. This should help the protect the finish a little better here in NE Ohio. Overall, I am happy with the product. It feels sturdy and is worth the price. Sam loves it and it allows him to spend much more time outdoors safely. Would definitely recommend.

Key notes: Worth the money, easy assembly(I suggest power tools to make it quicker but really just need a screwdriver). I put it together on my own fine, but goes faster with two people. Had this for over 10months- survived being outside all seasons so far. I have an escape artist cat that I cannot trust on my upper apartment balcony, so I needed a fully enclosed catio. This is perfect! I bought 2 and put them together to make one big enough for my 16lb cat(he’s a big boy). The shelves support his weight no problem. Some modifications I made: replaced the roof with the spare wall panels from the two kits. The original roof panels blew right off, first storm we had(seriously can not add enough screws to hold on) after several attempts of screws and tying it on, I scrapped the roof panels as they also turned the catio into a giant and destructive kite. The mesh wall panels worked great for a roof, and now my cat can look up at the sky! This lines up well to a sliding door- not tall enough to block the whole opening so I screwed one of the spare shelf panels to block an escape route. I suggest securing your catio, however possible. This blew around badly every storm we had because it is so lightweight. Definitely suggest getting some ratchet straps! I have had no problems since securing it properly. Overall very pleased with my purchase!

This is NICE. It wasn’t very difficult to put together (i had 2 people). It did have a smell at first but i’m sure that’s because it’s made of fir. It wasn’t a chemical smell, it smelled of good quality wood which further reassured me in my purchase. it’s so easy to move around and it even came with extra parts. 10/10

I put this together and loved it for the first few days. The instructions were not easy to read and it was not easy to put together. The stands inside shifted when I tried to move it, and they ended up breaking off. I'm bummed because now I have to figure out how to fix it.

It was easy to assemble, and the upper opening is at just the right height for my window. I cut a square out of a piece of sturdy foam insulation to block the rest of the window, so I can leave it open most of the time, weather permitting. My two cats love being able to go in and out at will, and I'm happy that they're safe on the apartment balcony. I've had this catio for about two years now, and it's still sturdy. It's protected from the worst of the weather because it's on a covered balcony. Absolutely recommend!
