Great tasting refreshing health drink.

It really does reduce cholesterol
My Doctor diagnosed me with non alcoholic fatty liver, which give high cholesterol. I started taking 1 yogurt a day and in combination with a little exercise lowered my cholesterol to safe levels.

Best taste of all Benecol drinks.
I always go for the strawberry drink. It has a much more realistic taste than the other flavours. I have been drinking these daily since when my cholesterol levels have returned to normal. Not sure whether this due to the Benecol or other factors but it probably contributed.

It's okay as an expensive drink.
I don't know about this, I bought it for months and didn't see any improvement. Tastes nice though.

More than 3g of plant stanol per day is not recommended. Check with your doctor if you are taking cholesterol lowering medication. Benecol foods may not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant or breast feeding women and children under five. Raised cholesterol is a major risk factor in the development of heart disease. Heart disease has multiple risk factors and you may need to change more than one to lower overall risk. Do not drink if seal is broken
