Eureka Educational Learn to Count Tub of Counters for Classrooms, 200 pcs

These were exactly what I was seeking. I already had some chips from a small package I bought from an office supply store named after an office supply, but they don't sell them anymore. The chips are 1 5/16", which match the size of the ones I already have and is a great size for young kids to handle. And 200 for $11 is way cheaper per chip than what I paid for a smaller package at that store. They are slightly thinner, so they weigh about 20% less, but I don't think the lack of material will make them any less durable.

I used this to teach my kids some complex math problems. It is very easy to get the grasp if there is real 'coins' instead of numbers. With the added different colors, this makes math learning a breeze. Highly recommend!

These are OK basic counters, but they are thin and have a flimsy feel. They just aren't very gratifying for a child to sort, stack, plunk into containers, etc.In addition, they have rough edges where they have been cut/punched out. The label says that they have a "ridged edge for easy stacking" - but the inconsistent edges actually make them quite hard to stack.My third and greatest complaint is that every, single orange token has a sizeable, distracting sticker on one side. They're hard to peel off and leave sticky gunk behind!These could have many uses in the classroom - pawns for class sets of homemade board games, or tokens for an oversized game of BINGO for small groups, for example - but they aren't especially appealing. I ended up finding a 6 color set of plain (unmarked) poker chips from a different retailer and I like them much, much better.

I've used these for a myriad of small classroom activities... they're useful to have around, especially for math in the lower grades. The container is nice and compact and everything arrived in good condition :)

These counters are perfect for any basic addition/subtraction practice. They are also good for sorting colors. They are sturdy plastic, nicely sized (not small like some bingo chips), and the color does not rub off.

I attached small magnets to the back and count with the kiddos on a dry erase board.Yellow and orange are not opaque, the rest are.

I purchased these for my baby brother, and he absolutely LOVES them. He liked them so much, I'm going to purchase a few of the other tubs as Christmas presents this year!I would highly recommend these without a doubt! 10/10
