Yes. You would let the hinge soft close as far as it can and then simply give it an additional push to engage the spring and magnet to complete the close.

Q: Whats the difference between the 01 and the 02?

01 Single catch design: It is usually used on single door. 02 Double catch design: Due to its double magnetic heads, it is originally designed to be installed on double doors. Besides, it could also act as heavy duty push open latch which will work for heavy weight single door. Hope it helps.

Q: Is it possibe to use these on a full sized door?

You could try but these are pretty light for a full sized door. They would like be okay. That said I think you’d be better served with a magnet close that is designed for full sized doors which you can pick up at any home improvement store (Home Depot, Lowes, etc)
