This arrived and was not soft at all and was full of grit

This is a good quality cotton yarn that is good for slippers blankets pot holders etc. The delivery was much slower than expected, but this probably due to delays regarding the holidays and staff shortages due to Covid restrictions. I am currently knitting a king-sized blanket and was looking to match a product I had bought elsewhere some time ago.
