Hatsan did not provide any information stating this particular piece was required to fill the Hatsan Blitz, a customer service guy at Midway looked it up and told me what I needed.

I needed the part to charge the Hatsan air rifle gas tube. Iis by design a proprietory gas system and requires the item to function.
