Love it.
I'm rating this in comparison to the one I was replacing. A gowise 1500 watt (12v) inverter. The benefits of 24v aside this thing works sooo much better. my old inverter would randomly go through "fits" where it would constantly stop supplying power for an instant. And it would do it for like 15 minutes without a cause that I could ever find. Obviously makes it hard to watch a movie or do anything when your power is continuously cutting out. I don't know if the GoWise wasn't really designed for lithium batteries or what but this one certainly is.. The fan on the old one was CONSTANTLY running too. and it was loud AF. Like unreasonably and very offputtingly loud. This one is rock solid. never drops power. hasn't even kicked on the fan (but I haven't gone above 300 watts or so usage so thats to be expected). LOVE the AC hardwire feature as I've wired outlets in my cabin and supply them from this. Just makes for a much cleaner and professional install without extension cords everywhere. The remote works as it should. I accidentally disconnected this once under load and got a hell of a spark but no damage to the inverter. When I initially unscrewed the terminal nuts to attach connecting wire, one of the washers managed to fall right inside the fan opening. I spent 20 minutes and a ton of cursing to get it back out. so watch out for that, but that's the ONLY issue I've had. otherwise love everything about it. Should've gone to 24 volt years ago. 1/0 is big enough for my needs and it saves a ton of money over 4/0. I am building another solar power system at home and decided to go with this inverter again. Very happy with it. No problems or annoyances. for real though 24v is soooo much better. still can't really electrocute yourself. hardware is about the same price. wiring much smaller/cheaper. I'd go to a higher voltage if I needed to use more than 3000 watts though.

Failed less than one year.
This failed. Never ran it over half its rated capacity. Suspect the thermal circuit went bad. Tripped with high temp alarm and won't reset. Was working good with clean power output. But didn't make it one year. UPDATE: Sometimes you can get a good product that will have a component that fails. Tech with 40 years experience. Have had high quality equiptment fail right out of the box before. When I opened this to check the fuses I could tell the build was good. I checked the output before and it was as good if not a little better than the grid I'm hooked up to. Anyway they honored their warranty and sent me out a new one. I will be buying from them again.

A Heavy Duty Beast of an Inverter!
I received the Giandel 24v 4000w inverter a month ago. The packaging was over the top with foam and double boxes. The quality of the inverter appears to be excellent as well. I live off grid with a 24v 400ah lithium system. This is my primary inverter. It routinely handles loads of 2500 watts for extended periods of time. It satisfies all my needs. I appreciate the volt meter and watt meter. The display is large and bright but not so bright as to be distracting. The fan is realitively quiet and only runs under significant loads. This beast is heavy at 24 lbs. I trust that it will serve my needs for a long time. Having been disappointed by other 24v inverters, I am very impressed with this one. My appliances are as follows. Incinolet toilet at 1600w, mini split at 1200w, microwave at 900w, small fridge at 100w and other small load appliances. I try to keep my total load below 2500w. I am very happy with my purchase.

Does the job so far.
A week ago, I had the inverter go out in our guest cabin. The problem was I had guests staying. The normal brand I buy wanted 5 days to ship to my address. Also, I did not want to buy a cheap inverter from Harbor freight. The main reason for buying this inverter over my normal reliable electric inverter was the 1 day shipping. Install was very easy. I do like the remote, which I installed so power can be shut off to inverter while the batteries are still charging. The inverter itself has a small form factor and is half the size of my 24v 1500 watt previous unit. It has only 1 fan to cool the device -vs- 2 that my old one had. It seems to run the load without the fan coming on constantly. Although, I have never used this brand before, it appears well built and is handing all the normal electric load the other one would have. So far 2 thumbs 👍.

Good inverter runs air conditioner, refrigerator and much more!
Installed in Tiffin Allegro Bus has 24v 280ah batteries and 2200w solar. Was gonna install a more expensive inverter but i seen many good reviews about Giandel inverters and warranty, so i figured to give them a try and see how it works out. So far I'm impressed I can run a Furrion Chill cube 18kbtu on turbo, samsumg residential refrigerator (Inverter type 300w) plus computer, cell phone chargers, 2 industrial floor fans and 2 120v ceiling fans. I can also run 1700w convection oven but I turn off air conditioner to use as I don't want to push inverter too close to limit. The inverter been running 24/7 for over a month now and have had no problems except it is installed it the original spot where my xantrex 458 was installed and there is very little air flow so it will overheat unless I keep the motorhome compartment door open ( but to be fair Im in Arizona and its been over 100 degrees). We'll see if it's better in the fall. But I do recommend this inverter it really good for the price, especially if you can install it in a we'll ventilated or air conditioned space. Update: Inverter quit working after 6 months (probably from Arizona extreme heat) emailed Giandel tech support, we did some trouble shooting and they sent out brand new inverter at no charge and even paid shipping within 3 days of first email. They let me keep the old one which I threw out anyway. But will keep buying from this company as they fully stand behind their products. Moved inverter into the air conditioned space and hopefully will prevent overheating from extreme desert temperatures. If any changes will update review.

I have 2 inverters in my off-grid 24v workshop setup. This is my high-load one that I turn on when I need a shop-vac, heat gun, grinding wheel, welder, etc. It's very good, lots of power, smooth wave, never fails.

Work great with what have to do with it but give 4 star because never receive the remote with it.

it is a very nice inverter. Consistently at 118 volt, supposed to convert to 120v though. Been running my 650w continuous load without a problem so far. This is my first inverter of this type as I've had 3 different brand ones burn out in the past 2 yrs. Hope this one will last as my continuous load is always under 1000w for a 3000w inverter.

Have been a vital part of my solar system sept up! Ive been using this Inverter for almost 1 year. Running big loads like microwave, oven toaster, washing machine, air fryer and still working amazingly without anny issues whatsoever. It has been powering almost our entire house for more than 12hrs(sometimes 24hrs a day) for this (almost) past year. Im very satisfied with my purchase and will be ordering one more soon. (Update) for some reason my inverter stopped working. Reached out to CS, after some testing and troubleshooting they decided to replace the unit since its still under warranty. Thats didn't regret getting this over other brand.

I purchased this inverter after my original (non-Giandel) inverter failed, as I had heard good things about Giandel quality. At first there was an issue with voltage reading, but when I contacted Giandel support, they responded quickly to resolve the problem and were very helpful (thanks Elsa and the Giandel support team). This inverter is the best one I've used. It is very quiet compared to others I've used in the past, which produced loud, annoying fan noise under load. The Giandel inverter intelligently manages the fan based on temperature, and it actually never comes on unless I have very high loads (> 2000W for an extended period of time). It produces a good pure sine wave, clean power. Overall, I'm very happy with the inverter after a few months of use and have purchased another Giandel inverter for a different project as they are excellent value for the quality.
