Crosley CR3036D-NV Tribute Vintage AM/FM Bluetooth Radio, Navy

I love this little speaker so much, I've bought it four times! (Two for gifts.) We use the radio and the bluetooth setting, bring it outside for picnics, and link it to our projector for movie nights. The sound is so much better than a phone speaker.

I really like my Crosley Tribute Vintage Radio. It is compact, the sound is high quality and I like the modern silhouette. I selected the white sand because it matches any decor. Also, I own another Crosley radio which I have on my desk at work. It is an AM/FM plug-in radio with a retro Mid Century design. I receive many compliments on the style and sound.

You have to plug this in to charge it (rechargeable battery), but the battery charge lasts a long time. It is so small, like the size of a can of beans, but vintage looking. The sound is fine considering its size. It is simple to use: one dial for volume, one for tuning. This is well built and we expect it will last for awhile.

I stayed at an Airbnb that had one of these in the kitchen. I took a photo of it so I could look it up when I got home. It was perfect for the room, you could turn it on really low and soft first thing in the morning and not bother others but could have coffee and listen to the local stations. I had to have one for my art room. it is perfect, and I didn't even realize it was Bluetooth connectable which was another plus. I just use it as a radio, it's cute and perfect for what I want it for. I gave a 4 for sound quality just because it's just "sound" kind of tinny, no rich tone of any kind, it's definitely just like a transistor radio. Still OK, it's just not a 5 in sound quality. If you have a small little space where you sometimes want ambient soft nosie/music, it's perfect!! (And cute!).

I am so bummed. I got a bad version of this model. The aux in made clicking and buzzing noises with all the cables I tried and wouldn’t play any sound of the little CD player or tablet I attached. I tried three different cords.Similarly, the bluetooth function just buzzed and hissed, only intermittently picking up audio from my paired iphone.The radio worked great!I am so disappointed because the retro style is perfect and the speaker sound when playing the radio is wonderful. Buyer beware with this one.

Husband loved it, also nice you can just charge it and carry it around.

My decision to buy this radio was based primarily on the look, especially the red tuner display and physical controls.The build feels light but sturdy and the size is unobtrusive. The micro-usb charge port is a little bit of a bummer, if only because I can't use one of the many usb-c cables I already have without buying an adapter. A micro-usb cable is included, but it's quite short.As for audio quality, it's nothing special, but it isn't bad either. The Bluetooth feature is a nice bonus.Ultimately, this radio looks great (to me, at least) sitting on my side table.
