The reviews say it runs small, but that's ok. I'm a 51" overbust and took a chance on a 3x. It fits pretty well! It's snug *enough*, and definitely takes pressure off of my neck and shoulders from the sisters. I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues due to my left girl being at least a cup larger than my right, and I think I'm going to start using bras in this style more than ones with just regular straps because the minute I put this on, I hd such relief on my shoulder that it almost felt like one of my pain meds had kicked in. Pretty great, ngl.I do wish it was a bit more ridged and a bit less stretchy. I'm afraid of getting one in any smaller size because I know my arms wouldn't fit, but I'm also currently wearing it on the widest setting so maybe closing that gap will help. Either way, definitely worth the cheap price and I'll probably be getting one in beige too just for variety.

I purchased this post brachioplasty, so that I could have a few different garments to rotate and not wash every day. The garment provided by my surgeon just latches in the back like a bra and the sleeves cut right across my incision in the armpit area and irritates me a bit. So, this being a sort of bra/crop top design provides so much relief to my armpits. It’s slightly padded around the breast and under the arm, so that provides additional comfort. Runs a big snug, so I would recommend sizing up one from your usual top/shirt size.

I like this item. It’s a little too tight, but it does slim my arms.

Considering the hundreds of dollars I have spent on body shapers over the years, I only wish that I had found CYDREAM Shappers earlier. I am having some weight loss procedures and am so pleased with this product line! The arm shaper is on point! With firm compression and soft materials I am comfortable in this garment night and day! Working out in this arm shaper has help me me keep better form and I feel the effectiveness of each motion. This is unbelievable quality at an amazing price!

I've recently lost a lot of weight, but I still have loose skin. Wearing this is comfortable and gives me the confidence boost I need to wear short sleeves. It hides my saggy skin and doesn't feel like I'm being constricted.

Sleeves didn't provide enough compression (need for lipo), bottom front of bra falls right under breast, hurting my post op incision.
