Excellent speaker stands, terrific value.
These stands are well made, sturdy, and surprisingly heavy for their size. I chose them because of 2 main things: The 21" height and the size of the base and speaker plates. I have a pair of old, large, and heavy (45 lbs) JBL 4311b speakers so I needed the largest support plates I could find. Anything higher than 21" inches would increase the instability of the speakers and stands as a unit. These stands met my criteria and exceeded my expectations about quality. For the price these speaker stands are a outstanding value. I highly recommend them.

easy to assemble, well made, good looking
Wow, these were better made than I thought they would be. I wish the top plates were a little smaller for the Buchardt 400S that I am using them for. But, they work great and look sharp. Feet for both hard surface and carpet is a nice touch.

Easy to assemble and makes a difference in sound.
Assembles easily, looks strong, levels well, and improves your perception of sound quality. If your are not hearing things in the music and the speakers are placed low, raising them up to ear level will improve your sound experience greatly.

Well made and sturdy with a small caveat
Well made and sturdy metal speaker stands that are a good value and work well. The speaker cable needs to be inserted before assembly; not after as shown in the instructions. The metal rings like a bell when struck and adding some deadening material like a bag of sand or beans to the central pillar is probably a good idea after assembly. Rockville has a large decal of their brand name on the central stand pillar which I faced to the back. The decal is not something attractive to see in your listening room. The manufacturer includes some nice adhesive foam rubber insulation pads for the top plate of the stands I am pleased with this product, but took one star off my review because the top plate will rotate some if bumped or moved. I added a lock washer to take care of this issue, but there is zero space in the concave area of the top plate to accommodate where the bolt head is screwed in . Rockville needs to fix this issue so the top plate remains stationary after tightening the bolt.

Exactly what I needed.
I needed these speaker stands for my HEAVY bookshelf speakers in my office. These do the job and are sturdy enough they could handle even more weight than is already on them. Looks outstanding. Super easy to put together. they even do an OK job of isolating the speakers.

Good, solid speaker stand.
I got the 21" stands and they were fairly easy to assemble, only 2 screws per stand for top and bottom plate. The bottom plate comes with the rubber feet already attached, and the pointy carpet feet come in a separate bag, which I didn't use. The stands are great, you can't go wrong with heavy duty metal. I optioned to run my speaker wires through the pole, which does allow for hiding wires, but may not be for everybody. I used to run a lot of low-voltage wiring, so I happened to have a glo-stick I used for fishing the wire through the pole, which took just a moment to do after taping the wire to the pole. If you don't have a glo-stick, a very thin pole, or a long pull-chain to use as a guide when running the wires through the poles, then you may just want to opt for running the wires on the outside, or face some time and frustration. Also, you'll want run the wires through the poles BEFORE installing the top and bottom plate. I did have an issue in which I had to contact the seller, who responded very quickly and got my issue resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Jon!

EXPENSIVE RETURN POLICY
BEWARE of RETURN POLICY! Not happy about the return policy. Cost me over $12 to return. Found the white Rockville tall stands I wanted. Didn’t order right away. Didn’t remeasure the height needed before ordering. Ended up ordering the wrong height (too short). Went back to Amazon to exchange for the taller Rockville and could only find them in black or wood (I want white). So I would be stuck with either white stands that are too short or tall stands in the wrong color. Very frustrating!! So, ordered a different set in white from Elive. The Elive arrived and seem very sturdy (haven’t put them together yet), and NOW the taller Rockville stands in white show up as an exchange option. Argh! Annoyed with Amazon and Rockville over this entire transaction/experience. Annoyed with myself for not remeasuring. The components of the Rockville speaker stands are heavy and sturdy, but I did not put anything together.
