Excellent quality and flavor!
I had been missing elderberries for years since the wild ones in my area have pretty much disappeared. I have had some "tame" elderberries grown locally but they don't have the flavor of the wild ones. I thought I'd try these Fresh Frozen Wild Elderberries by Northwest Wild Foods and I am happy that I did. The quality is excellent and the flavor is fantastic.
