Perfect for Travel
This little device is great for an "on the go" lifestyle where a traditional laptop would be too big and bulky. Great for productivity in the cloud or through most traditional apps.

You win some, you lose some
I was looking for a very small notebook computer - with a proper keyboard, not dependent on touch-screen - that could fit in my satchel, and this was like the only thing of this size that Amazon was selling, so I bought it.It seems to work great (I basically have only used it to read saved web articles), but it doesn't seem to recharge (it uses a USB-C port that says "12V" with a lightning bolt) with even a 30W charger (OK, maybe I need a more powerful one).I have reached out to customer service, but I know with these no-name computers, this might not get resolved.

Had driver & bootup issues till I downgraded back to Windows 10
Windows 11 ran okay up until I began updating the system to the latest drivers and installing my normal apps (Firefox, VLC, Adobe Reader, etc.). Then on one occasion it just wouldn’t boot up past the “INTEL” splash screen. Trying to recover the system I just spent hours installing programs and backing up with “restore point” was to no avail even with a Windows 11 recovery USB. Finally gave up, wiped the boot SSD and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (supported till 2027) and Office 2019 Professional Plus. It’s been working great since. Docking a star for the hassle of ditching Windows 11 and losing the OS and Office license I paid for when I wiped the hard drive. Size and build quality is very good and it’s perfect as a light laptop for travel that you won’t mind banging around. Charging brick is kinda iffy (haven’t tested it with better quality and higher wattage Anker chargers) and wish it had a spare USB C port. Speakers are tiny and tinny-sounding and don’t have much volume. Wire mouse that came with it was PINK so had to get a wireless gray one to match with it (brand: rapoo). Memory is adequate, but it’s the processor that’ll bog down any attempts at heavy multitasking and having multiple programs running.

Sketchy
An inexpensive Windows 11 notebook with a compact form factor and no bells or whistles was a pretty exciting proposition. It has no failure-prone swivel or 360 degree hinge, its case is a single material, and it's got an okay touchpad. The BIOS has a decent number of options and the SSD can be upgraded. Personally, I like the anonymous/minimalist aesthetic that's so increasingly hard to find on current devices. That said, it's got some pretty weird drawbacks that led to my returning it. This review is based on two specimens, one from this listing and another seller on eBay.Up front, the Windows install is pre-configured under a generic "PC" user name and does not go through the usual prompts from either a reset or a new installation. That leads me to suspect there might be some undesired software on the machine. It gives the impression of a second-hand device too. Were you to try to connect your Microsoft account, it would be a good idea to use the recover/restore function to keep your account more secure. While it has a USB-C port for charging, it can only use a basic 12 volt power brick. It does not seem to accept "smart" chargers. I tried it with multiple 3rd party chargers like Anker and Aukey as well as my wife's Apple power brick, but only the one that came with it would work. I suspect the manufacturer did this instead of a plain barrel plug like older computers for marketing purposes. The finish is pretty low grade, too. While I'm glad they used all plastic for the case instead of a half-measure like an aluminum lid and polymer for the rest, you can see where the matte metallic gray paint doesn't reach into the screw holes leaving the white base plastic visible. The ink for the keyboard decals doesn't contrast well either, so I can see how people with impaired vision could have a tough time with it.Lastly, quality control is poor. One of the units I bought (not from this seller, to be fair) had a loose screw rattling around in the HDPE bag holding the device. The protective film on the screen and touchpad was uneven with a few specks of dust underneath. The power brick also was out of its bag and the twist tie removed from the cable, so I suspect I might have even been sold an "open box" device.Despite its shortcomings, I can still see how this would still be useful for many people, so I will give it two stars instead of one.Just be aware that you are getting what you pay for with this.
