This is the BEST OTC Stuff You Can Buy
I've had sleep issues for as long as I can remember. I've taken prescription pills to help but I may only get a few hours in. I saw this stuff in the store a few months ago and tried it. The darker color ZZZQuil taste terrible and it's not the same as this. I saw this and tried it and I actually go to sleep in about 30 minutes.... probably less if I would lay down sooner. Anyway, after flu season (which is Vick's season) was over, so was this product. I couldn't find it at any of the major stores. Gone! Just like that! But I found it on Amazon and I buy it regularly. Much better than prescription stuff I'd taken in the past.EDIT: What a shame it's gone up about $4 since I started buying it last month. :(

Knocks me out
I keep a bottle in my house at all times. One bottle is about 12 doses and I only use it when I know I need to sleep.I get good quality of sleep when I take it, but I will wake up kind of groggy. Still, worth the value.I've also tried to take half doses and it doesn't do anything for me (I'm 5'6" for reference)Compared to the other ZzzQuils they sell, these taste MUCH better (mixed berry). Honey and chamomile made me want to throw up.

My order tomorrow on 5/13/25. Please be sure that the Zzz Quil sleep aid does NOT contain Red Dye #40 as the last one I received did and I had to throw it away.

Not the best flavor
Works ok wish it had pain relief in it

Feeling sluggish in the morning.
Works well and maybe you can adjust the dose down so that you don't feel groggy in the morning. I haven't and usually feel like I'm trying to wake up for an hour after I'm up. Better than taking prescription medication.

Damaged my memory
It has been helping me with my sleep for months; however, after some months, I am experiencing brain fog and memory problems, so I am on a journey of stopping taking it and checking other natural options for a sleep aid.

Husband works overnight and this works well for him. The no dye one taste better than the purple one in my opinion.
