great aide to find the right words, and also not be redundant

The content of the book is excellent and will be a great resource. However, for $22.00 the cover of the book should at least be vinyl. My cover is a heavy paper and I know at some point it will rip.

This is definitely, a great tool and a must have for any management level. I have used my 7th edition for years. Not only good for evaluations or appraisals, It can also help non developed/new management with their vocabulary. I definitely recommend and its worth every penny.
