Nice assortment of brushes and picks. Have used the brass and steel so far. They do not seem like long lasting tools. The bristles were showing signs of bending/fraying after a short, hard use. Would be a good starter kit or for general light use. The zippered storage bag is not the highest quality, but if taken easy on it, should last in the main cleaning case. This is a functional kit.

This brush set replaced my antiquated practice of using old tooth brushes to clean tight places in firearms and other equipment. It is great to have a variety of brush types in one kit: stainless, brass and nylon. The picks are thoughtfully provided with tip protectors to keep them from scratching things inadvertently. A number of the brushes have bristle heads on both ends, doubling the cleaning capacity of the kit overall. And all of this comes at a very attractive price. Highly recommended.

My husband needed these brushes for his gun cleaning. He said they were perfect and performed perfectly. Since I didn't use them, I am going by what he said. He may find one or two of them missing and might find them in my craft room :)
