This stuff is very concentrated....I used about 5 drops per 20 oz of water and it worked fine.

can i dilute this in water and put it in a fog machine to fumigate under my house? something died under there and there is no access large enough

This is an opinion only, but I own a fog machine and I believe your idea will work. However, Rat Sort is expensive and you would have to do a large amount of product with water to even try the idea. The dab in cotton ball in a particular area is the best method if you can pinpoint the source of the smell.

I seen possum sneaking outside on driveway loves to sleep recycle bin and does this will help possum to smell and get rid itself ?

Personally, I think this product is best used as a regular household air freshner. It has a very pleasant citrus scent, but does nothing to cover up the foul odor of rodents. I'm not sure if it will do anything to get rid of or prevent rodents from hanging around your recycle bin.
