So long as your card has a Display port connection out (Which I think it does) it can output a video signal to this display If you're gaming or video editing, you might struggle to run some games at its full resolution depending on settings like FPS and other video settings. You can output standard 1080 or lower to the monitor so it will be fine.

I don’t think so. I did not check but the screen is quite clear and doesn’t look like there’s one.

Really depends on how you treat it. I have had this for a year, using it about 12 hours a day with no issue. Old monitors I got from Dell lasted about 5 years. My suggestion, expect at least 2 years of work-life (warranted) as Amazon will replace it if breaks by that time, but be prepared to evaluate going forward. Most likely you should be fine for the next 3-5 years.
