Payback 2020 will be remembered as the event that began Roman Reigns' historic 1316 day reign as champion, and the match itself was largely underwhelming until he entered the match. The rest of the event such as Bayley and Sasha Banks vs Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, and Sheamus vs Big E were really good!

Not bad little short 4 a ppv

Weirdly taking place a week after summerslam but it at least had some big moments.We start as APOLLO CREWS vs BOBBY LASHLEY in a US title bout. Beter than i imagined,good action,interesting end.BIG E takes on SHEAMUS ina pretty good match,nothing fantastic,but good to see BIG E in a singles match.MATT RIDDLE goes to battle against BARON CORBIN in a match that could have been awful but turned out just fine. I am not sure about Riddle's charcter but he can certainly wrestle.SHAYNA BAZSLER reluctantly teams with NIA JAX for the tage titles held by BAYLEY and SASHA BANKS. The new pairing actually works ok and Nia did not look too clumsy this time. Bayley and Sasha look great and the match does what it has to.KEITH LEE takes on RANDY ORTON Iin a bout hard to predict. Quite short but it makes in impact.REY MYSTERIO partners his son DOMINIC to face SETH ROLLINS and MURPHY. Dominic looks great again and it is good to see him team with his father. Seth plays the bad guy really well and Murphy is fine as his sidekick but you know this team can't last. Good match though.THE FIEND defends newly won title against BRAUN STROWMAN and supposedly ROMAN REIGNS,but will the big dog show up is the big question. Well the match starts off thick and fast in this no holds barred encounter.Then we get to the answer to everyone's question,will the third man join in with the match and will he be a HEYMAN guy.Well i won't spoil it,but the match ends as i thought it might,but it's fine and does what it needs to.So all in all a cool event,better than expected.
