Complaint on unusable product & not eligible for return!
The lid was broken and the mask spilled in packaging. When trying to exchange the product I received a message stating that the product is not eligible for return!!!

Alright as a conditioner, terrible as hair cream
When used as conditioner it is alright, certain not the best, hair is not left shiny as claimed. When used as a hair styling cream it is horrible. I have applied on wet hair and when it dries hair is left dull and extremely dry, it’s almost impossible to just pass my fingers through it. It does nothing to define waves.
