Easy to install
Easy to install inside and out and onto the TV. Good flexibility and sturdy.

Acceptable
The construction and design is acceptable, and once installed it performs well. My only complaint is that the design of the mounting plate and slide mechanism, makes it difficult to use sufficiently strong hardware. It would make a much better installation if the manufacturer countersunk the mounting holes, so one could use flat head .25" screws.
