This will make you feel as if you’ve been taking antidepressants and I could closely relate my experience to Prozac or Effexor. Sleep was ok but for some reason when coming off of it, it intensified my anxiety but went away after a week. So this definitely helps with depression and anxiety but only short term. So if you plan to use this, I recommend taking it once every other day, not consecutively, as that can have a terrible impact on your withdrawals.

The taste of the capsule is terrible and it’s sad because it works great. But can’t swallow the taste.

I really like these, since I have been taking them I seem to be in a better mood. I also seem to be more focused doing my day to day tasks. I did try other brands but they did not seem to have any effects compared to Puritan's Pride brand. I will stick with what works and this brand does.

I have used regular ashwagandha supplements and powder before notice that it helps me with my mood and dealing with stress. I have seen ads for KSM-66 gummies decided to try these pills because of the better price. I noticed I felt exhausted at work after taking them, and I was very unproductive at home. I didn't have the energy to do anything. It seemed like it was way too strong, but there wasn't a way for me to easily split up the pills. I did not notice any positive changes in sleep quality either. I think I'll stick with the regular kind for the future.

I tried taking half the serving (450mg) or one pill and took it daily for a month with lunch. I feel no difference in terms of stress relief or performance at the gym. However, I noticed I sleep better than before.
