Great product but I guess I didn’t realize these were so teensy.

The flour is awesome, and I don’t know that I would ever go back to any other type. I suppose I should’ve read the description a little bit more carefully because I got a little surprise when these two tiny packages arrived. I’ll watch a little bit more carefully in the future, but it’s still worked just as good as a big package.

Beware!! These are tiny bags of flour and they are not worth the price. They are 2lbs each. Typical bag of flour at grocery store is 5lb.

Sourdough is expensive to make to keep it all organic but man what a difference. Sure hope the price goes down soon.

I love King Arthur. My pastries and loaves of bread are always perfect! Just wished it was sold in Canada. I recommend all their products. They will not disappoint you.

King Arthur organic bread flour makes great bread. Nice rise during the yeast proofing. Bakes a great loaf of bread. I like the King Arthur bread. Flavor. We like to grind rosemary and basil herbs in our Mortar & Pestle and put it in the watery bowl in the very beginning. It’s nice to get all the flavors mixed up in the water before the 1st proofing. King Arthur bread flour is the best bread flour I have found!!
